ROCHESTER - Police are on the lookout today for the driver of a GMC pickup truck they say rammed into and heavily damaged a Lowell Street home just after midnight.

Officers were called to 200 Lowell St. around 12:05 a.m. for a report of a vehicle into a house.

Upon arrival, they found a GMC 2500 which had obliterated a section of the residence.

The occupant or occupants of the vehicle had fled prior to police, and a K9 track that was conducted proved fruitless.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Luckily, no one inside the residence was injured as a result of the crash.

The case is under investigation at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
