Man found badly burned at site of Dover restaurant blaze

DOVER - Dover Police and Fire found a man badly burned upon responding to the report of a fire at the Strafford Farms restaurant on Route 108.

Police say the badly burned 49-year-old, who was found outside the restaurant, was transported to Wentworth Douglass Hospital and later to Massachusetts General Hospital.

Dover Fire was able to quickly extinguish the fire, which caused minor damage to the exterior of the building.

The Dover Police Department's Special Investigation Unit, the DPD's Crime Scene Unit and the Office of the State Fire Marshal are investigating the cause of the fire.
