ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are hoping the public can help in their search for a man suspected in a recent return fraud and theft at the Rochester Walmart.

If you know the identity of the individual whose image is depicted on store surveillance tape, or have any knowledge about the crime, please call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128 and reference case #15-1321-OF.
