CONCORD, N.H. - The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services has begun accepting applications to provide medical marijuana to potentially qualifying patients and designated caregivers.

This is a preregistration period for the Therapeutic Cannabis Program.

Registry identification cards, however, are not being issued at this time.

It is expected that the four centers in New Hampshire will open before April.
