ROCHESTER - A veteran Middleton, N.H., police officer charged with drunken driving after a crash in Milton last month will see his case go to trial next month in Rochester District Court.

Sean Dolliver, a patrolman and 16-year veteran with the force, is currently on paid administrative leave, Middleton Police Chief Randy Sobel said earlier this month.

Dolliver was involved in a rollover crash in the area of 323 Governors Road around 11 p.m. on April 28, an accident first reported in The Lebanon Voice on April 29.

Police say Dolliver's vehicle took out a fence post and rolled over in a ditch.

Dolliver, who was alone in the car and uninjured in the crash, is facing his first DWI offense.

His trial is set for June 30 at 8 a.m.
