Milton man faces prison in fentanyl possession case

DOVER - A Milton man has been indicted on fentanyl possession charges after his arrest in Rochester last June.

Heath Ellis, 34, of 44 Lorde Drive, is charged with a Class B felony for allegedly being caught with the drug in his possession on June 13.

A Class B felony is punishable by a 3½ to seven state prison sentence and a $25,000 fine.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down last month and released last week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been presented to warrant a trial.
