DOVER - A Milton man was sentenced on Thursday to 12 months in Strafford County Jail on two receiving stolen property charges that occurred in Rochester in July.
As part of a plea deal worked out with prosecutors Cody Haycock, 22, of Bolan Rd., Milton, was given a suspended sentence which will last for two years.
The charges stem from his possession on July 6 of an Xbox 360 and two flat screen TVs he understood to have been stolen.
Haycock was indicted on the two felony charges in September. As part of the deal he will be on probation for one year.
