DOVER - A Milton man has been indicted in a pair of Durham burglaries in October.

Frederick Apt, 25, of 48 White Mountain Hwy., is accused of burglarizing a University of New Hampshire residence hall and a Mill Road residence on or about Oct. 25 and 26.

If convicted of the breakins Apt could be sentenced to seven and a half to 15 years in state prison apiece.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down Dec. 14 and released last week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
