DOVER - A Milton Mills man will be arraigned today in Strafford County Superior Court on three felony sex assault charges in connection with the alleged rape of a female child between the ages of 13 and 16 in Rochester a year ago.
Kyle Clough, 21, with a last known address of 251 Willey Road, faces up to 21 years in state prison if convicted.
According to the indictment, Clough raped and engaged in other sex acts with the young girl sometime between June 16 and June 21 of last year.
Clough will be arraigned on the three charges this afternoon in Strafford County Superior Court.
The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down earlier this month and released to the public on Monday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilty, rather that enough evidence has been presented to move forward to trial.
