Milton woman hurt, Lebanon man cited in morning crash

ROCHESTER - A Milton woman was injured and a Lebanon man cited today after their vehicles collided on Milton Road near the Spaulding Connector.

The mishap occurred around 6:45 a.m. when police say Patricia Poulin, 48, of Milton was headed north on Milton Road in her GMC Acadia while Andrew Kibby, 37, Lebanon, Maine, was driving a Chevy S10 southbound.

Police say the collision happened when Kibby turned left onto the Spaulding Connector.

As a result of the collision Poulin was taken to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with what were described as nonlife threatening injuries.

While emergency crews were on scene the northbound lane of Milton Road was shut down.

Kibby was also issued a citation for failure to yield while turning left. The case is still under investigation at this time. Anyone with information about this collision is asked to contact the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
