Monarch School to hold groundbreaking for therapeutic garden

ROCHESTER - The Monarch School of New England will hold a 0ceremonial groundbreaking on its Therapeutic Garden Space on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the MSNE High School & Vocational Center.

The true groundbreaking will be in April, given the pending winter weather, with next week's smaller celebration to thank donors.
