Monday night 3-car crash shuts down part of Route 11

ROCHESTER - A three-car crash at the Route 16 overpass on Farmington Road closed down a portion of the roadway on Monday night.

The accident occurred a little before 9:30 p.m. in the area of the Route 16 overpass when Seth Goodwin, 20, of Farmington, was driving a Mitsubishi Eclipse south on the exit 15 off ramp of Route 16. At the same time Gregory Armstrong, 45 of Center Barnstead, was operating a Chevrolet north on Route 11.

Meanwhile, Anthony Palingo, 66, of Milton, was operating a Subaru Crosstrek and also traveling north on Route 11.

When the Mitsubishi entered the overpass both of the other vehicles collided with it.

Route 11 northbound was shut down a short time while emergency crews were on scene.

All the drivers were evaluated by EMS on scene, but none were transported to the hospital.
