ROCHESTER - The Rochester Performance & Arts Center will host a Mother's Day Dance Party for children and families on Saturday, May 12 from 1-4 p.m.

"We want to throw a party the entire family can enjoy! Why not celebrate our moms at the same time? This is a great opportunity for everyone to get together and enjoy this space as a community. We plan to host a family dance party every month going forward." said executive director Anthony Ejarque.

In addition to the dance party, there will be prizes and games including a bean bag toss and three-legged race. There will also be concessions provided by Sweet Peaches Candy & Confections and a cash bar with beer and wine for mom and dad.

Come enjoy a day with your family, and honor your Mothers. Admission is only $3 per person. The public is encouraged to attend.
