ROCHESTER - Mozelle Grace (Maney) Cunningham, 90, formerly a longtime resident of Northwood, N.H., for 64 years died Sunday, May 8, 2016, at Rochester Manor.
Born December 4, 1925, in Banks County Georgia; she was the daughter of George D. and Mary E. (Maxwell) Maney.
She was a telephone operator for various phone companies, retiring from New England Telephone in 1990. Was a member of The First Baptist Church which has since closed; worked in their thrift shop for many years. She was in ladies aid at that church. Also a member of Harvey Lake Woman's club, American Legion Auxiliary all in Northwood. Was a very active woman, always on the go, until her illness kept her from doing the things she loved.
Besides her parents, Mozelle was predeceased by her husband Richard W. Cunningham Sr. in 1975; by a son Paul H. Cunningham in 2012; two sisters, Christine Marlow, Callie Maney; and one brother, Vernon Maney.
She is survived by her son, Richard W. Cunningham Jr. and his wife Theresa of Rochester; one sister, Mildred Perry; four brothers, Bruce Maney, Clay Maney, Marvin Maney and his wife Beth, Samuel Maney; a sister in law Ora Maney; and many nieces and nephews all of Georgia; Four step grandchildren, Linda Lebrun, Bill Walch, David Walch of Manchester, N.H., and Steven Walch of Northwood, N.H.
