N.H. man nabbed wearing no pants, underwear at Knight Street Cumby's

ROCHESTER - A Londonderry man was arrested on Friday after police were called to the Knight Street Cumby's for a man in a Subaru Forester wearing no pants or underwear.

Officers responded to the scene a little after 8 a.m. and arrested Joseph Charest, 53, of 47 Conifer Place, Londonderry, charging him with aggravated DWI, alcohol in open container, lewdness and driving under the influence.

Charest was released on personal recognizance pending an arraignment later this month in Rochester District Court.
