New physician assistant joins Seacoast Redicare

SOMERSWORTH - Seacoast Redicare announced on Thursday that physician assistant Rick Renner has joined its occupational health services and walk-in urgent care team.

Mr. Renner has 43 years' experience as a family medicine, urgent care and occupational health services provider. He has strong ties to the Tri-City, having worked most recently in urgent care centers located in Dover and Lee.

He also worked in a family practice setting in Somersworth and Dover, and has extensive experience working with local businesses, including providing onsite medical services for nearly 18 years at General Electric, which was located also in Somersworth.

In addition, he helped develop an employee wellness program for Hussey Seating, Co., which is located in North Berwick, Maine.

Mr. Renner and his wife, Susie, reside in Strafford. They have two adult sons living in New York and Vermont as well as five grandchildren under age 7. Mr. Renner said he looks forward to reconnecting with his former patients.
