ROCHESTER - Norman Beaudoin Sr., 83, of Tara Estates died Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at his home after a sudden illness.
Born May 9, 1932, in Rochester he was the son of the late Raymond Sr., and Hazel (Weeks) Beaudoin.
Norman was a lifelong resident of Rochester. He was a graduate of Spaulding High School. He was a member of Humane Lodge #21 in Rochester. Norman enjoyed woodworking, making arts and crafts for friends and family, vacationing in the Islands along with cooking and trading recipes with his loving sisters and spending much time as possible with his two sons. He will be sadly missed by his friends at Dunkin' Donuts, whom he spent most mornings with, but especially his family members and close friends.
Members of his family include his sons; Norman Beaudoin Jr., and his wife Kathy of North Berwick and David Beaudoin of Rochester, his daughter, Susan Beaudoin, his sisters; Paula Doisneau of Monomet, Mass., and Naples, Fla., Marlene Blair of Wells, Maine, Janet Hescock and her husband Bruce of Bethany, Conn., and Norma Wotton and her husband Rodney of York Beach, Maine, he is predeceased by his brothers; Raymond Beaudoin Jr., and Robert Beaudoin and a sister, Brenda Dumont.
Norman was a much-loved father to his children and had a generous, kind and witty nature. All who knew him loved him. The family wishes to extend our sincere gratitude for all of the warm condolences and wonderful memories that friends and acquaintances have expressed
