One arrested, one on run in burglary at former Milton Road sports bar

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man has been arrested and another suspect is being sought in a Thursday burglary at the former Gary's Sports Bar on Milton Road.

Jason Laskey, 42, of Lafayette Street was charged with burglary and resisting arrest/detention.

Police first responded to the former sports tavern around 8:15 a.m. for a burglary alarm activation.

Upon arrival, Police noticed two males running from the scene. After a brief foot pursuit, Laskey was taken into custody, but the second suspect got away. A New Hampshire State Police K9 unit responded to assist, however the track went cold.

Laskey was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned next month.
