ROCHESTER - One motorist was injured and another arrested in a two-car collision at the intersection of Wilson Street and Columbus Avenue Wednesday night.

The crash occurred around 6:50 p.m. when police say Candy-Lee Cable, 48, or Rochester, was driving a Chevy Equinox on Wilson Street and turning left on a green light to head north on Columbus Avenue when it was struck on the driver's side by a Ford Crown Victoria heading south and operated by Melissa Coleman, 37, of Rochester.

One passenger from Cable's vehicle was taken to Frisbie Memorial Hospital for what were described as nonlife threatening injuries. After an on scene investigation Coleman was charged with operating after suspension, a Class B misdemeanor; and a traffic control devices violation.
