ROCHESTER - Patty A. Brock Spooner died on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, after battling cancer. Patty was born May 17, 1961 in Portsmouth, the daughter of Roy and Barbara Brock.
Patty worked at the Rochester Manor as an LNA. Patty was a loving and caring person who touched the hearts of all who knew her.
She is survived by her partner Doug Sylvester; stepdaughter; brothers; nieces and nephews.
