ROCHESTER - On Saturday, March 10, 2018, Paul Littlefield, 84, died peacefully at Frisbie Memorial Hospital.
Paul proudly served our country as a machinery repairman 1st Class Petty Officer in the Navy during the Korean Conflict from 1952 to 1956.
Paul enjoyed the outdoors and spent countless hours hunting and fishing with family and friends. He instilled that love of woods and waters in his children and grandchildren. They will always cherish those memories.
He retired from Portsmouth Naval Shipyard as a toolmaker in 1986.
Paul leaves his wife of 61 years, Cynthia; one son, Bruce and his wife Lynn of Rochester; one daughter, Barbara Miller and her husband Dave of Loveland, Colo.; grandchildren, Kristin Wing and her husband Tim, of Lebanon, Maine, Brent Littlefield and his wife, Mariah of Farmington, Michael Miller of Fort Collins, Colo. He also leaves the delights of his life four great-grandchildren, Amelia and Jack Littlefield and Madilyn and Charlotte Wing.
We wish to thank the entire staff of the geropsychiatric ward. Their excellent care and compassion for family and friends was outstanding.
