ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of the Rochester Performance & Arts Center, located at 32 North Main Street in downtown Rochester. Rochester Performance & Arts Center, made possible by Holy Rosary Credit Union and Rochester Opera House, is a not-for-profit arts organization that combines versatile studio and performance spaces, art gallery, and comprehensive arts and educational programming for students, children, teens, adults, and seniors in a comfortable and uniquely supportive environment.
