Pinkie M. Rawls ... retired from PNSY

ROCHESTER - Pinkie M. Rawls, 70, died on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, after a period of illness. She was surrounded by her beloved family. She was born in Wise, N.C., on Sept. 14, 1947, the daughter of Robert and Elnora (Jiggetts) Jones.
Pinkie was employed at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard as a seamstress before her retirement.
She was predeceased by her husband Anthony Rawls Sr. and her son Walter Rawls.
She is survived by her sons Anthony Rawls Jr. and his wife Cheryl, Christopher Rawls and his wife Halie and daughter Sharon Rawls. Brothers: Robert Jones, Saint Clara Jones and George Jones. Sisters: Alice Torres and Mary Burwell. Grandchildren: Xavier, Tamya, Deante, DeAndre, Arianna Rawls, Reginald Robinson and Mariah Valerio.
