Police identify suspect in last month's robbery at George & Ed's convenience store

ROCHESTER - Police have identified the suspect in the Dec. 26th armed robbery at George & Ed's General Store.

An arrest warrant for robbery was issued on Wednesday for Anthony M. Driscoll, 30, with a last known address in Fremont.

Driscoll is described as 5'11" and around 190 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

Driscoll's whereabouts are unknown, but he may be in the southern New Hampshire or northern Massachusetts.

Driscoll should be considered armed and dangerous, and police warn citizen's not to approach him but rather call their local authorities. Driscoll is entered in the NCIC database as wanted.

Rochester Police are asking anyone who may have information of Driscoll's whereabouts to call the police department at 603-330-7128, or for anonymous tips that lead to an arrest you could receive up to $1,000 cash reward through Rochester Crimeline by calling 603-335-6500. Tipsters can also text the Rochester Crimeline at Crimes (274637) in the body write TEXT4CASH followed by your tip. Case number is 18-5589-OF.
