ROCHESTER - City police are looking for the public's help in identifying a shoplifter at Signal Street Variety on Aug. 9.
The woman in question can be seen in video surveillance tape taking numerous items off the shelves and putting them in a large black purse, according to the release.
She appears to be wearing a UNH shirt.
Tipsters who think they may know the identity of the suspect or have any knowledge about the crime are urged to call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128 and reference case # 15-3908-OF.
