ROCHESTER - A Portsmouth woman was charged with felony receiving stolen property after she was spotted driving a Jeep that had been reported stolen out of Rochester on Monday.

Rochester Det. Geoff Moore noticed the truck on Norway Plains Road around 3 p.m. on Tuesday and initiated a traffic stop, but the vehicle continued on for several hundred more yards before turning into a driveway where Brianna Elizabeth Sullivan was taken into custody.

Sullivan, 19, was also charged with driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer, both Class A misdemeanors. The felony charge carries a 15-year maximum prison sentence.

She was being held on $3,500 bail pending an arraignment later today.
