Reagan May Yacobucci ... died shortly after birth

ROCHESTER - Reagan May Yacobucci was born on August 19, 2018 in Rochester, to Sarah May Yacobucci and Domenic Yacobucci. Reagan, surrounded by the love of her parents, was embraced by the arms of Jesus when she passed shortly after birth. She taught the true meaning of love in the short passing time she was with us.
Reagan is survived by her parents Domenic and Sarah Yacobucci; brother, Mathias McNeil; paternal grandparents Guy and Sherry Yacobucci; maternal grandparents Douglas Fisher and Betty Ellis along; with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who miss her deeply.
