Registered sex offender hit with more sex crimes

SOMERSWORTH - A Somersworth man already registered as a sex offender was arrested on Monday and charged with more sex crimes.
William J. Pandolfi, 53, 9 High Street, Apt. 5 was charged with two counts of sexual assault, kidnapping and obstructing report of a crime or injury.
The arrest was made around 1:10 p.m. and stemmed from an investigation that began on July 31.
Pandolfi refused the services of a bail commissioner and was held overnight at The Strafford County Jail, pending arraignment on Tuesday, when his bail was officially set at $50,000.
Pandolfi is a registered sex offender, having been convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault in April 1998 in Strafford County Superior Court.
The investigation was conducted by The Patrol and Investigations Divisions of the Somersworth Police Department.
