ROCHESTER - Richard N.J. Lemay, 84, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Frisbee Hospital in Rochester. He was born on Charles Street in Rochester to Kilda and Paul Lemay, and he was the oldest of three children.
In the Army, he worked for Intelligence, in the National Security Agency for 22 years. After retiring from the Army, he spent 20 years as a nuclear supply supervisor at the Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Elaine Eva Lemay.
Survivors include his children, Terrie, Richy and Vicky Lemay; granddaughter, Jade Quimett; and two sisters, Claire and Priscilla.
Richard will be remembered as a generous and patriotic man, who loved telling stories to friends and family.
