ROCHESTER - Due to the extreme high temperatures expected today, the City of Rochester is offering the Rochester Public Library as a cooling center for Rochester residents.
The Library is located at 65 South Main Street. This week's Library hours are Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
