DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester man could face up to seven years in jail after he is alleged to have exposed himself to a woman in Rochester after having been convicted of a similar crime in the past.

Jared Dickie, 22, of 48 Pray St., was indicted by a Strafford County grand jury on a charge of indecent exposure and lewdness, a Class B felony that carries a three and a half to seven-year prison term.

Dickie is said to have exposed his genitals to a middle-aged woman on Oct. 12. It was his second such offense.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down Jan. 14 and released today.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward to trial.
