DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester man has been indicted in a city home invasion incident that occurred in November.

Cedric Ross, 34, of 157 Rochester Hills Road, Apt. 7, was formally charged by the grand jury with armed robbery in the incident which occurred at 19A Academy St. in Rochester on Nov. 17.

Ross is alleged to have brandished what appeared to be a gun during the incident, which police say began around 9:10 p.m.

Initial police reports indicated three males entered the residence, ordered the five people inside to the floor and took an undisclosed amount of money.

Based upon a brief investigation detectives went to the Riviera Motel where they conducted a search warrant on a room as part of the investigation and recovered evidence.

Also arrested in the robbery were Giovanni Angel Monroe, 35, of 15 Royal Crest MHP, Robbie Jablonski, 36, of 18 King St., and Ryan Tiberio, 22, of 9 Western Ave apt. 4 Dover, N.H.

Jablonski, who prosecutors alleged brandished a knife, is charged with robbery and felony falsifying physical evidence. His case has also been bound over from district to superior court, but there has been no indictment yet.

A fourth suspect, Ryan Tiberio, 22, of 9 Western Ave. Apt. 4 Dover, N.H., was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, however, he was released after the arrest on personal recognizance and court records today showed no charges forthcoming from the Rochester home invasion, although he is in default on at least one other charge out of Dover.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down Jan. 14 and released today.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward to trial.
