DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester man has been indicted in Oxycodone trafficking after police say he sold varying amounts of the drug to a confidential informant at least four times.

Anthony Soto, 31, of 29 Mavis Road, is charged with four counts of sale of the controlled drug, each time to a confidential informant or undercover officer working for the Strafford County Sheriff's Drug Task Force.

Soto allegedly sold amounts less than an ounce of the drug to the informant on four separate occasions between Dec. 4, 2014, and Feb. 19, 2015, receiving between $540 and $240 each time.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down Dec. 17 and released last week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
