DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester woman has been indicted in an identity fraud case in which she allegedly obtained money fraudulently while posing as another woman whose name is the same as hers.

Suzanne Anderson, 49, of 8 Academy St., stands charged with three counts of felony identity fraud and one count of attempted identity fraud, the four incidents taking place last year, three in October with the final incident in which she was not successful on Nov. 3.

The woman whose accounts were allegedly victimized were in the same name as Anderson's but with a different date of birth.

Each felony indictment carries a 7½-15 year prison term and $4,000 fine.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down a week ago and released on Tuesday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been shown to warrant a trial.
