DOVER - A Rochester woman faces up to 21 years in prison and $50,000 in fines after her indictment earlier this month on drug and theft charges.

Natasha B. Oelschlager, 31, of 46 Chestnut St., faces two drug charges for allegedly possessing a quantity of meth and fentanyl in Rochester on June 22.

Oelschlager is also charged with felony theft in connection with a shoplifting charge at Hannaford's in May. The felony count came into play because she had been convicted twice before on similar charges.

Both drug charges carry a maximum $25,000 fine.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on Nov. 15 and released today.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been presented to warrant a trial.
