ROCHESTER - The Rochester woman arrested in the trafficking of fentanyl at the Strafford County House of Correction in April has now been indicted on charges she also brought fentanyl and meth into the facility in January.

In the pair of indictments Kerri Ann Guay, 31, of 6 Willey St., is said to have delivered or had in her possession the controlled drug fentanyl as well as meth on Jan. 18.

Both charges are Class B felonies, which each carry a maximum seven year sentence in state prison.

Her April arrest was the result of a joint investigation by the Strafford County Sheriff's Office and Strafford County Jail.

The indictments were handed down on May 17 and released last week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
