ROCHESTER - The Gafney Home recently announced that Rachel Sanchez has been hired as its new administrator
Ms. Sanchez joined as administrator in June. She comes with a wealth of Healthcare Leadership experience, having served for 16 years as assistant director of food and nutrition at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, Mass.
She is a registered dietitian nutritionist licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. More recently, Ms. Sanchez has been immersed in senior care as Resident Services Director at The Stevens-Bennett Home in Haverhill, Mass., and Nutrition Care Consultant for residential care and nursing homes, as well as adult day health programs in the Greater Boston area.
She is also a certified dementia practitioner.
