ROCHESTER - Sandra L. Kohl, 75, died on Thursday, November 3, 2016, after a courageous battle with congestive heart failure.
Born September 6, 1941 in Biddeford, Maine, she was the daughter of Joseph and Virginia Noel.
She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Family members include her children, Warren Scott Kohl and Kathleen Davidson; grandchildren Andrew, Alicia, and Amanda; great grandchildren Elizabeth and Makayla; her mother, Virgina Noel; her brothers Richard, Steven, and Mark Noel; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, Joseph, and her brother, David.
