SANFORD, Maine - A New Hampshire man who was arrested by Sanford Police in April after he taunted them for not being able to locate him to execute several arrest warrants and was subsequently arrested, was picked up again on a slew of new charges after a traffic stop on Main Street on Saturday.

Bryan Douglass Farr-Luciano, 22, of 20 Folsom St., Dover, was charged with 20 counts including operating after habitual offender revocation, five drug possession charges, several violations of conditions of release, operating without a license and failing to stop for an officer among others.

Farr-Luciano was stopped for the initial traffic violation around 10:50 a.m.

Tired of hearing how a suspect on the lam was bragging how local lawmen couldn't' find him because of his hide and seek prowess, Sanford Police in April took to Facebook with some lighthearted banter and a promise of lunch to anyone who tipped them off to his whereabouts.

A few days later the department got a tip that led to the arrest of Farr-Luciano, whom police had been searching for about nine months.

Farr-Luciano had outstanding warrants ranging from unpaid fines for operating after suspension/revocation and violation of conditions of release to a probation violation out of New Hampshire for possession of heroin.

The comedic turn in the Sanford Police Department's pursuit of the suspect began on April 14 when they posted on their Facebook page: "The Sanford Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of Bryan Farr-Luciano, age 21. It turns out Bryan owes the court some money and has not made good on his debts. Now he has a couple of arrest warrants. We have it from a good source that he is bragging about his abilities to hide from the police. He claims to be above average at hide-and-seek, mastering the skill as a child. If you can help us find him and bring him to justice, we will gladly reward you with an all-expense paid lunch at a local restaurant not to exceed $20. If your tip leads to his arrest and capture, we will contact you. Please contact us on our tip line 324-9170 ex170. 1, 2, skip-a-few... 99, 100. Ready or not, here we come!"

After Farr-Luciano's April arrest, Sanford Police noted that thanks to the post and an incredible amount of comments and shares, an individual who wished to remain anonymous had learned of the effort to catch the suspect and tipped police off to where they might find him.

Farr-Luciano was arrested without incident.

Meanwhile, the tipster posed in a horse head to receive their luncheon gift certificate and get their picture taken with police.

Sanford Police were not immediately unavailable for additional details about Saturday's arrest and Farr-Luciano's arraignment details.
