Shapleigh man nabbed on kidnap charges after Acton traffic stop for loud exhaust

ACTON - A Shapleigh man was arrested Thursday evening on active kidnapping and assault warrants after a YCSO traffic stop.

Deputies working in the Acton area stopped Dylan Austin, 26, of Shapleigh, for a loud exhaust.

Austin was then found to have active arrest warrants charging kidnapping and aggravated assault.

Austin was transported to York County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash.
