Sheriff's office announces two new additions to staff

DOVER - The Strafford County Sheriff's Office recently made two new hires, including a deputy sheriff and a communications specialist.

Deputy Sheriff Brittney Marvin has been a certified New Hampshire Police Officer since December 2014, previously working at a patrol officer with the Rochester Police Department since August 2014. Marvin will be assigned to the Transport Unit of the Strafford County Sheriff's Office, where she will be responsible for transport and security dealing with inmates from the county as well as U.S. Marshals Service and Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Communication Specialist Alexandra Conner has been hired to fill the full time vacancy within the Strafford County Communication center. Conner has an extensive background in customer relations and a family history of public service.

"We look forward to working with both of these individuals in service to the people of Strafford County," Sheriff David Dubois said.
