ROCHESTER - The Rochester Police Department's Most Wanted of the Week announced today is a Somersworth man who is alleged to have issued more than $1,500 worth of bad checks in the Lilac City.
Edward Lucier, 55, with a last known address of 62 Green St., has an active arrest warrant out of Rochester as well as other cities and towns for allegedly issuing more bad checks and failure to appear for court.
Lucier is described as 5-foot-11 and about 150 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
