UPDATED: LEBANON - Maine State Police are looking for the public's help in identifying a vehicle connected with a pair of burglaries on Dixon Road earlier this month.

A male suspect has been developed by police who say the burglaries took place on Feb. 11. Maine State Trooper Benjamin Smith the picture placed on the State Police Facebook Page earlier today may have been inadvertently cropped blocking out the suspect who was standing next to the front of the vehicle.

He said police cannot release the addresses of the two burglaries, because the investigation is active and developing, however he did say that the residences affected were close to one another.

Smith added that at least one of the burglaries occurred in the overnight hours of Feb. 11.

Anyone who may have information relating to the crimes is asked to call Trooper Benjamin Smith at 657-3030. Tipsters can also send the Maine State Police Headquarters Facebook page a message, and any messages will be kept confidential.
