CONCORD - Governor Chris Sununu today signed three bills aimed at thanking New Hampshire's veterans and their families for their lifetime of service.
"Our veterans stood tall for us overseas, and we are standing tall for them back home in New Hampshire," said Gov. Sununu. "These three bills lower costs for disabled veterans to go bow hunting, allow veterans to receive additional set of special number plates, and recognizes the sacrifice our gold star families made. We cannot thank our veterans, and their families, enough."
The three Gov. Sununu signed include:
HB 549, establishing gold star family decals for motor vehicles
HB 701, relative to bow and arrow licenses for certain disabled veterans
SB 186, permitting a qualified veteran to obtain an additional set of special number plates
