ROCHESTER - All three Rochester suspects in Tuesday's home invasion in Rochester were held on high bail during video arraignments Wednesday with one of them appearing confused about his arrest and charges saying, "I don't know why I'm here."

Ross, 34, of 157 Rochester Hills Road, Apt. 7, who is charged with felony armed robbery and felony heroin possession of a controlled drug, also seemed confused about his bail order, but offered no stiff resistance to District Court Judge Susan Ashley as she rendered the bail conditions.

His $5,000 bail was necessary, prosecutors said, due to a lengthy criminal record, including simple assault, criminal trespass, shoplifting and parole violations.

Ross, along with Giovanni Angel Monroe, 35, of 15 Royal Crest MHP, Robbie Jablonski, 36, of 18 King St., and Ryan Tiberio, 22, of 9 Western Ave apt. 4 Dover, N.H., were all charged in connection with the home invasion at 19A Academy St.

Ross is alleged to have brandished what the victims would have seen as a gun during the incident.

Police said they responded to the incident around 9:10 p.m. and learned that three males entered the residence, ordered the five people inside to the floor and took an undisclosed amount of money.

Based upon a brief investigation detectives went to the Riviera Motel where they conducted a search warrant on a room as part of the investigation and recovered evidence.

Robbie Jablonsk

Monroe was charged with felony armed robbery, felony falsifying physical evidence as well as an electronic bench warrant for failing to appear in court. Family members inside the courtroom and Monroe, himself, said he'd been wrongfully accused on the failure to appear charge and that it had been a misunderstanding on the times, but his bail was nonetheless raised from $1,000 to $5,000.

Jablonski, who prosecutors alleged brandished a knife, is charged with felony conspiracy to commit robbery and felony falsifying physical evidence. He bail was continued at $5,000 cash.

Ryan Tiberio

Meanwhile, a fourth suspect, Ryan Tiberio, 22, of 9 Western Ave. Apt. 4 Dover, N.H., has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. He was released after the arrest on $5,000 personal recognizance.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

This case remains under investigation by the Rochester Police Department.
