ROCHESTER - A Rochester transient was picked up on three bench warrants on Monday after a caller to Rochester Police dispatch reported a suspicious male and female within a hallway of the Norway Plains Apartment Complex.
Police responded and came upon Mark J. Arabia, 19, who had three bench warrants out of Rochester District Court on two charges of willful concealment and one of receiving stolen property.
Arabia was taken into custody and transported to Strafford County Jail pending an arraignment.
