The Rochester Voice headlines coming to Rochester's radio station WMEX

ROCHESTER - The Rochester Voice is now reporting its daily headlines on Rochester's own radio station, WMEX FM 105.9.

The news segments will air immediately after USA News at the top of the hour from 6-9 a.m. every Monday through Friday.

Gary James, president of the Board of Directors of WMEX, said he was pleased that The Rochester Voice would be adding its headlines to the WMEX mix of news, weather, sports and "the most amazing oldies."

"I think it's terrific that WMEX now has local news from The Rochester Voice," James said. "It's a great addition to USA News and Gerry Gilbert sports. Gilbert reports on local and regional sports for the station.

Martha T. Soto Galicia, president of The Rochester Voice, said, "The Rochester Voice is Rochester's digital daily and WMEX is its hometown radio station, so it's a good fit."
