MILTON - The first parts of Milton's Town Meeting and School Budget Meeting are set for Saturday at the Nute High/Middle School cafeteria.

The Town Meeting will be held at 9 a.m., followed by the School Budget Meeting at 1 p.m.

Also during the meetings a community fund-raiser will take place for Milton resident Dennis Wing.

The benefit will feature food and drink items with all proceeds going to help Wing, who was recently hospitalized for cancer treatment.

Wing is an administrator of the Our Milton Home Facebook page.

The concession stand will be set up outside the cafeteria during both town meetings. Among items for sale will be breakfast and lunch items as well as baked goods.

The second part of both town meetings will take place on Election Day on March 13.
