Two Somersworth residents arrested for smuggling drugs at jail

DOVER - The Strafford County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday announced that two former inmates at Strafford County Jail have been arrested as a result of their alleged trafficking of drugs there last summer.

Kelsey Thesing, 20, of 7 Patricia St., Apt. A, Somersworth, was arrested on April 12 and charged with delivery of articles to prisoners, attempted delivery of articles to prisoners, possession of a controlled drug and conspiracy to deliver of articles to prisoners.

Thesing was bailed on personal recognizance with an arraignment set for Thursday.

Dakota Charbonneau, 24, formerly of Somersworth, who is currently housed at the New Hampshire State Prison, was also arrested as a result of the investigation. Charbonneau's arrest came on Tuesday. He was charged with two counts of conspiracy to deliver articles to prisoners, and is awaiting arraignment by video in Strafford County Superior Court.
