Unidentified man drowns in Mousam River incident

SPRINGVALE, Maine - Officials say a man drowned while swimming near Holdsworth Park in Springvale on Thursday afternoon.

The swimmer was reportedly not far from the park but not in an area that is overseen by lifeguards.

The man's name has not been identified.

No other information was available as of this posting.
